She was born December 14, 1945 in Tulsa, OK to John and Nora Marlar.
Linda was a graduate of Tulsa University majoring in Music, with Piano as her major instrument. She was a music sight reader and traveled with the Modern Choir of Tulsa University. She was a homemaker and teacher and leaves a wonderful legacy of faith for her family.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Hall; one daughter, Martha Pendleton and her husband Patrick, of Fort Smith; one son, Marcus Hall of Fayetteville, AR; one sister, Sug Meek and her husband Roger of Fort Smith; and three grandchildren, Gabriel, Emaline, and Hap.
Funeral Service will be 10:00 AM Thursday, December 22, 2011 at First Baptist Church with Reverend Dale Thompson officiating, under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home. Burial will be in Forest Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Roger Meek Jr., Stan Yerton, Caleb Yerton, Drake McGruder, Phillip Meek, and Mike Dinsmore.
