FOLEY -- Mrs. Florence Gardner, 72, Route 3, died Wednesday at St. Cloud Hospital. Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Morrill. The Rev. Alfred J. Podrosky will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday at Foley Funeral Home. Parish prayers will be at 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home in Foley.

Mrs. Gardner was born December 25, 1911, in Alberta Township, Benton County, to the late Samuel and Sophie Majka. She married Albert Gardner Nov. 22, 1932, in Gilman and had been a resident of Alberta Township most of her life.

Survivors include her husband; daughter and sons, Mrs. Melvin (Lucille) Schriefels, Round Lake, Ill.; Gerald, Foley; Arnold, St. Cloud, brother and sister, Edwin, Foley; Mrs. Joseph (Gertrude) Rymer, Rice; and 13 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by daughter and son, Dorothy and Ralph, one brother and one sister.
