"Mary T. Bowman, 86, of North Little Rock, Ark., passed away at 8:25 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, 1997 at Lakewood Plaza Nursing Home in North Little Rock, Ark. She was born Feb. 28, 1911 in Indiana, the daughter of Denis and Susan Devitt Mahony. She married Dale Bowman. He preceded her.

Survivors include: one son, Charles (Margo) Bowman of Scottsdale, Ariz.; one daughter, Gayle Bowman, of North Little Rock, Ark.; granddaughters, Renee (Dennis) Martyka of Fountain Hills, Ariz. and Michelle (Jay) Heilemann of Scottsdale, Ariz.; a great-grandson, Joshua Savage and a great-granddaughter Stephanie Martyka.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers and four sisters.

Funeral mass: 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Paul's Church; Officiating: Father Doug Hennessey; Burial: Sunset Memorial Park; Visitation 4 - 7 p.m. Monday at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center; Memorials: Alzheimer's Association, Central Arkansas Chapter, 10002 W.
