KANSAS -- Ellarea Brant, 86, of Kansas died at 2:59 a.m. Monday (April 10, 2000) at Provena United Samaritans Hospital, Danville. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Taber Funeral Home, Oakland, with Stacy Landry officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, rural Kansas. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. She was born Oct. 23, 1913, at Sailor Springs, the daughter of William Thomas and Bertha Welch Maglone. She married Carl Brant.
