Pauline Baird was the youngest child of her parents and loved her family. She was a retail manager at the McConnell's General Merchantile in Winder. She loved to cook, sew, and crochet. Hands down, she easily made the best cornbread dressing and coconut cake in modern culinary history. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Winder, Georgia. She is greatly missed. Both she and her husband TZ Baird lived to the age of 92. She left a lasting legacy.
