Maurene Lyon Carr age 89 of Gallatin passed away Wednesday December 1, 2010. Memorial service will be conducted on December 10th at 1:00 p.m. from the Johnson Cemetery in Columbiana, AL. She was born in Birmingham AL on July 16, 1921 daughter of the late Luther M. Lyon and Elizabeth Church Lyon. She was a member of the Good Shepherd Methodist Church in Hendersonville, TN. She is survived by son Ray L. "Buddy" Carr and wife Brenda of Hendersonville, TN, daughter, Dianne Carr Boles and husband Charles of Gallatin, brother Raymond Lyon and wife Margaret of Birmingham, AL, two grandchildren, Nathan "Chip" Boles and Cheryl Annette Bumgarner and two great grandchildren, Grace Bumgarner and Jonathan Bumgarner.
