Jewell Deane Lykins-Allen,83, of Warren, OH, departed from this life on Sunday, September 17, 2017, at 12:21pm,at the Windsor House, in Champion, OH.
Jewell Allen was born August 5, 1934, in Morgan County,KY.,a daughter of the late Park and Ruby-Oney Lykins of White Oak,KY.

On September 11, 1954, she was united in marriage to Winford Ray Allen who departed this life in November 2003 after 49 years of marriage. In addition to her parents and beloved husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Kenneth Lee "Penny" Lykins; two
nephews; Jack Brent Lykins and Craig Neil Lykins, and one niece,
Jodi Elaine Lykins.

Survivors are two sisters; Phyllis L. Imrich and Sharon L.Basso of Warren,OH; four brothers: Edwin Gene & Monteza Lykins, Jackie E. & Brenda Lykins, Hershel B. & Jenny Lykins of White Oak,KY, and Bobby Joe & Cheryl Lykins of Warren, OH. three nieces; Sherry Munn, Sheila Bailey, Stacie Tackett; three nephews; Joseph Imrich, Nicholas Lykins, Michael Lykins.

She was a member of the Old Regular Baptist Church of Reading, OH. She had currently been attending the Champion Baptist Church in her area.
Jewell was an amazing and loving person and loved her family very deeply. She will be sadly missed by her relatives, friends, and all others who knew her.
Jewell had no children of her own, but she took on the role of motherhood after the passing of her mother. She loved her friends, but family was every thing to her.
Her favorite hobby was working outside and her favorite collection was
outside statues and knick knacks.
Through the years, she had collected over 200 dolls. Her favorite one is enclosed with her.
She was a good Christian and enjoyed attending regular church service.

Funeral,1:00pm, Friday, September 22,2017 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Rick Pelfrey and Bro. Dave Ison officiating.
Interment in Amyx & Allen Cemetery, Grape Creek,KY.

West Liberty,KY.
