Mr. Lusk was born in Eldridge, N.D., and moved to Eugene at the age of 12. He served in the U.S. Navy submarine service during World War II. He moved to Lake Oswego in 1969 and was a counselor at Lake Oswego High School and a Realtor for Frazier Realty Inc. He retired in 1981.
His survivors include his wife, Jean, a retired teacher at River Grove School; two children, Carri and Maj. Douglas E. Lusk, both of Omaha, Neb.; and two granddaughters.
