WOMAN ENDS HER LIFE BY DRINKING CARBOLIC ACID
Mrs. E. W. Dalman, of Cottage Avenue, Committed Suicide Yesterday
WAS MENTALLY DERANGED

Mrs. Cora Bell Dalman, age 43 years, committed suicide by drinking carbolic acid at her home, 1001 Cottage avenue, Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock. For years she had suffered from mental derangement, and her demented condition is held responsible for her act.
The body has been removed to the undertaking parlors of Chalfant & Egley where it will be held until tomorrow when funeral arrangements will be completed.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Dalman leaves one daughter, Helen, age 17 years, and one son, Thomas H., aged 8 years. One brother, James Ludington, resides in Pasadena, Calif.
Mrs. Dalman was born in Illinois in 1876, but she had spent most of her life in this city. She was a member of the Simpson M. E. church.
