Eleanor May Perille Lucy, 89, of Shelton, beloved wife of the late Joseph D. Lucy, died at home on August 2, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Bridgeport on May 6, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Frances and Samuel Perille.

Her sister Frances Lemieux of Newtown; three devoted children, Dianne Krusinski of Shelton, Philip Lucy and his wife, Cheryl, of Trumbull, and Joseph Lucy and his wife, Linda, of Shelton; six cherished grandchildren, Scott and Joseph Krusinski, Philip, Blake, Christopher, and Joseph Lucy; and several nieces and nephews survive her. Her brothers Lenny, Mickey, and Sam Perille; her sisters Phyllis Pellegrino, Florence Bennett, and Sadie Cannone; and son-in-law David Krusinski predeceased her.

Mrs Lucy’s faith was very important to her and evident through her membership in the Ladies Guild at Holy Rosary Church and the prayer line at St Catherine of Siena Church. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Friends are invited to meet directly in St Catherine of Siena Church, 200 Shelton Road, Trumbull on Friday, August 5, at 10 am, for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Trumbull.

There will be no calling hours.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St Joseph High School, 2320 Huntington Turnpike, Trumbull CT 06611.
