Luce-Mrs. Velma L. Luce, 53, of 5511 Horton, Mission, died yesterday at the St. Joseph hospital, where she had been a patient since Friday. She was born in Oskaloosa, Kans., and had been a resident of Greater Kansas City about 30 years. She was a former president Park Christian church and was member of the Countryside Christian church. Her husband, William A. Luce, a driver for the Greyhound bus lines, is a former district superintendent for the Overland Greyhound bus lines. Surviving besides her husband are a son William R. Luce. 112 West Fifty first; a daughter, Mrs. Virginia L. Winbigler, 6218 Walmer, Mission; a brother, Earl Sellgrove, 3415 the Paseo; a sister, Mrs. Iva Dean Ottinger, Oskaloosa, and three grandchildren. Services will be held at 1 o'clock Tuesday at side Christian church. Burial will be at Oskaloosa.
