Ms. Lozo, age 95 years, passed away suddenly Tuesday November 20, 2012 at her residence. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on December 10, 1916 to the late Alexander & Rose (Nagy) Vlasz. She married the late Jerome Lozo on August 19, 1935 in Angla, Indiana he predeceased her in 1986. Mary was a member of Sacred Heart Church and the Alter Society. She enjoyed working with the Senior Citizen's at the Kawkawlin Twp Hall.
Mary is survived by her children Donald Lozo of Kawkawlin, Diane (Ben) Rozek of Cheboygan, Omer (Cheryl) Lozo of Kileen Texas, Larry (Mary) Lozo of Kawkawlin, and Linda (Jim)Lightfoot- Perry; 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren, a brother Dane Vlasz and a sister Ann Reynolds. Mary was predeceased by two brother Alex and Gus Vlasz and a sister Eva Ondovcsik.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday November 29, 2012 at 11am at Sacred Heart Church with Fr. Jerzy Dodosz and Deacon Michael Arnold presiding with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call Sacred Heart Church on Thursday November 29, 2012 from 9am till time of service.
