The 1900 census shows George remarried to Annie S. Unknown/Eubanks. The little girl is Sallie S., age 3. They married in 1899, two years after Sallie's death.

Sallie Lowe married George F. Eubanks on 6/5/1895 in Fulton Co., GA. She was the daughter of William D. Lowe and Hattie (Chapman) Lowe. Mrs. A. S. Talley (Annie E. Chapman) and Mrs. Green T. Dodd (Henrietta "Hennie" Chapman) were sisters to Sallie's mother, Hattie.

Atlanta Constitution, 12/28/1896: Mrs. Sally Lowe Eubanks, who was well known in the city but resided at Hapeville, passed away this morning at 12:15 o'clock. She leaves her husband and a little girl baby just four weeks old. Her condition for some time past has been very critical, but during the last few days it was thought that she had improved very much and would soon recover. Last night, however, she began to sink and grew steadily worse until the end. No arrangements have as yet been made for the funeral. Mrs. Lowe was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lowe of Hapeville, and was related to Mr. and Mrs. G. T. Dodd and Mr. and Mrs. A. S. Tally.
Atlanta Constitution, 12/29/1896: Funeral of Mrs. Eubanks - will be laid to rest at Oakland Cemetery this morning. The funeral of Mrs. Sallie Lowe Eubanks, who died at an early hour yesterday morning at the residence of her husband, Mr. George Eubanks, in Hapeville, will take place at Trinity Church this morning at 11 o'clock. Her remains will arrive on the 10:45 train and will be taken immediately to the church. Mrs. Eubanks had been ill for only a short while, and her condition had not been considered critical until a few days ago, when she suddenly taken much worse. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William D. Lowe, of Hapeville, and was a near relative of Mr. and Mrs. A. S. Tally and Mr. and Mrs. G. T. Dodd, of this city. She had reached the age of twenty-three years, and is survived by her husband and a little four-weeks-old girl baby. She had many friends both in this city and in the surrounding country, who will be grieved to learn of her untimely death. The funeral services will be conducted by Rev. J. B. Roberts and Rev. J. W. Heat, the interment will be at Oakland cemetery. The following gentlemen will act as pallbearers, and are requested to meet at the parlors of H. M. Patterson & Co. this morning at 10 o'clock: Colonel James E. Warren, Colonel Jeremiah A. Clarke, Mr. Will Schell, Mr. J. J. Haverty, Mr. C. L. Near and Dr. James L. Campbell.
