Mrs. Susan Lowe Borucki, age 59 of Cumming, GA, went home to be with our Lord on Saturday, August 8, 2009.
She was born on August 13, 1949 in Munich, Germany, to Col (ret) William H. and Mrs. Elizabeth Blackmon Lowe. As a child, Susan lived in Germany, France, and England, as well as several states. She was a dedicated Christian and an inspiration to many during her life and especially during her battle with cancer.
Over the years, Susan led numerous Bible studies and worked in children's ministries. She was a member of First Redeemer Church in Cumming, and was formerly an elementary school teacher as well as a paraprofessional in schools in Georgia and Florida. Susan formed life long friendships with those she met in her various church and educational communities.
Survivors include her husband, Mike; daughter, Carolyn, son, Michael; sister and brother-in-law, Holly and Roy Singleton.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 12th at 11 am in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Schmid officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 11th from 7-9 pm.
