Mary Karpinski
Mrs. Mary Irene Karpinski, 42, of R.D. 1, New Cumberland, died Sunday, May 12, in the Weirton Medical Center.
She was born Nov. 20, 1942 in Steubenville, a daughter of Mrs. Selma Lovy of Weirton and the late Daniel Lovy.
She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Survivors, besides her mother, include her husband, William Karpinski; two sons, William J. of Weirton, serving in the U.S. Army and Douglas M., at home; a daughter, Debra L. at home; four brothers, Daniel P. Lovy of Dayton, Edward T. and Bernard Lovy, both of New Cumberland, and Robert L. Lovy of Houston, Tex.; three sisters, Mrs. Clemens (Frances) Rocchio, Mrs. Paul (Regina) Miller and Cynthia Arango, all of New Cumberland; and one grandson.
Mass of Christian Burial was held Wednesday, May 15, from the Immaculate Conception Church with Rev. Thaddeus Grondalski as celebrant. Burial was in St. Paul Cemetery.
