Mary Fannie Blake, 76, of De Soto.
A Native of Dallas, she passed away at her home July 20, 2003 following a short illness.
Her ministry was to Hampton Road Baptist Church by providing meals for the church.
Preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Bowen and step son, Ricky Blake.
Survived by her husband: James R. Blake, sons & daughters-in-law: Cecil & Beverly Bowen, Robert & Carolyn Bowen, Glenn & Beverly Blake, step-sons: Steve Blake, Mike Blake, daughter & son-in-law: Carol & Larry Roberson, daughter-in-law: Deborah Bowen. Fourteen grandchildren & twelve great-grandchildren.
Brother & sister-in-law: John & Virginia Loving.
Services will be held Tuesday, July 22, 2003 at 10:00 AM. HAMPTON ROAD BAPTIST CHURCH, 400 N. Hampton Rd., De Soto. with Dr. Jerry R. Raines, officiating.
Interment will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery, De Soto.
The family request in lieu of flowers, Memorials be made to the Building Fund, Hampton Road Baptist Church. West / Hurtt Funeral Home 217 S. Hampton Road DeSoto (972) 223-6314.
