Loving mother of Natalee Wisley of Coreskull, Calif., John Thomas Billalon and Thomas Keith Billalon, both of Hayward. Devoted grandmother of one. Dear sister of Linda Blackwood of Portland, Ore., Theresa Wynn of San Carlos, Calif., and the late Mary Ann Munoz. Also survived by three nieces and two nephews. A longtime employee of Waste Management. Her kind heart and generosity were only overshadowed by her artistic talents. A native of California. Age 57 years. Friends are invited to attend the funeral service Thursday, January 20, 2005, at 11 a.m. at St. John Church, 270 E. Lewelling Blvd., San Lorenzo, Calif.
