Lori Dawn Long, age 44, of Plain City, formerly of Grove City, passed away peacefully, Sunday morning, March 8, 2009, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family, after an 8 month long battle with brain cancer.
Born December 6, 1964 in Columbus.
Regularly attended the Cypress Wesleyan Church, Galloway. She led an active and healthy lifestyle.
She enjoyed vacations to the beach and time spent shopping with her daughter. She was fascinated by humming birds, and loved her life in the country.
She was employed by Discover Card as project manager for 22 years.
Preceded in death by her mother Sue (Hoover) Rees - 2007, sister Patti Hockenberry.
Survived by her loving husband of 24 years whom she married May 19, 1984 at the Grove City United Methodist Church;
