Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 AM on Monday, February 14, 2005 at St. Wendelin's Catholic Church in Luxemburg, for Dolores B. Loehrer age 91, who died Tuesday at the Country Manor Health Care Center in Sartell. Reverend David Trujillo will officiate. Entombment will be the St. Mary Help of Christians Parish Mausoleum at St. Augusta.
Friends may call from 4-9 P.M. on Sunday at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud. Parish Prayers will be at 7:00 P.M. Visitation will continue on Monday after 9:30 AM at Mary Hall in Luxemburg.
Dolores was born on February 13, 1913 in St. Cloud to William and Antonette (Long) Toenyes. She married Arthur Loehrer on February 2, 1931 at St. Mary's Cathedral in St. Cloud. She was a homemaker, raising her children along with her husband while living most of her married life on a farm near Luxemburg. After her husband died on September 24, 1995, Dolores continued to live on the farm, lived with her son for a short time, and then became a resident at the Country Manor Apartments in Sartell. She was a member of St. Wendelin's Catholic Church in Luxemburg.
Dolores is survived by: her son Arthur, Jr. (Mary Ann) of Garrison, MN, 17 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and two son-in-laws, Robert Mallory of Walker, MN and Bernard Meyer of St. Augusta.
In addition to her parents and husband, Dolores was preceded in death by two daughters, Rita Mallory and Jeanette Meyer, and one sister Marie Stuhr.
