March 29, 1917 - April 11, 2014

Matilda "Tillie" Kensinger Livesay passed away, Friday, April 11, 2014 at Autumn Care Assisted Living in Knoxville. She was the daughter of the late Neil and Laura Kensinger, and a life long resident of Hawkins County, a member of Ebbing Flowing Springs United Methodist Church. Most of her life was spent making a home for her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Robert Livesay, co owner of the Rogersville Milling Company, daughter: Carol Price, sisters: Helen Kensinger Ayres, half sister: Mary Henderson Davenport; brothers: Edwin William Kensinger, J.C. Kensinger, and Edward Kensinger.

Tillie leaves her daughter: Nancy Livesay (John D.) Willis, four grandchildren: Dr. Dale (Kristina) Willis, DeAnne Willis (Michael) Teague, Jennifer Price (Jim) Miller, Brent (Crystal) Price; six great grandchildren: Chloe, Ian, Nathan, Callie, Dawson and Neyla. Brother-in-law: Jack (Thelma) Livesay, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, April 15, 2014 from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Colboch-Price Funeral Home, Rogersville, graveside services will follow in Highland Cemetery at 3:30 PM with her nephew Rev. Sheldon Livesay, officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Amedisys Hospice, 1400 Dutch Valley Dr, Knoxville, TN 37912 or Autumn Care Assisted Living, 136 Canton Hollow Rd, Knoxville, TN 37922.
