Artist, sculptor and former designer at the Handel Lamp Company. He created a 20 by 8 foot mural for the General Motors Company entitled "The Driving of the Golden Spike," a portrayal of the moment when the Union Pacific and Central Pacific Railroad tracks met.
Son of the late Walter W. and Amelia A. (Dodd) Lewis. Survivors included his son Ernest B. Lewis, and two daughters, Mrs. George Hubbard and Mrs. Primo Benigni.
