Dec. 27, 1924-Nov. 16, 2014 Mrs. Gerleane English was born December 27, 1924 to the late George and Willie Ann Lett in Tunnel Springs, AL. She leaves to cherish her memories loving and devoted children and caregivers, Calvin English III, Yvonne English and Rita (John) Coleman; fourteen grandchildren, thirty one great-grandchildren, two sisters Bertha Drinkard and Hattie Davis, Mobile, AL; two sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law, one devoted friend Sandra Enlers, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be Saturday, November 22, 2014 from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral hour at the Greater Union Missionary Baptist Church, 961 Lyons St, Mobile, AL, Pastor Eugene Morris officiating. Interment will be in Whispering Pines Cemetery. Hodge's Chapel Directing.
