Robert A Leonards of Warminster died Friday, Sept. 16, 2016, in Ann's Choice Retirement Community. He was 86.
He was the loving husband of the late Ruth Mahler Leonards, with whom he had shared 43 years of marriage.
Robert received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from City College of New York, and was employed by the federal government.
He enjoyed chess, travel, and cooking.
Robert is survived by two daughters, Elinore Leonards and Lorri Leonards (Bruce); and five grandchildren, Carley, Adam and Tyler Kramer, and Emily and Alex Winshel. Robert was preceded in death by his daughter, Monica Leonards, and son-in-law, Harold Winshel.
His interment will be held privately in Mount Carmel Cemetery, in Queens, N.Y.
