Bio by BL Hughes: Mrs. Flora A. Clark died at the Clark home on Main Street Tuesday afternoon after an illness of several weeks. Funeral services were held at the Catholic Church Thursday forenoon and burial was at Green Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Clark is survived by a husband, one son, Carl, a father, Benjamin Leavitt of North Adams, Mass., five sisters and one brother. Flora is the daughter of Benjamin and Eliza (Sorell) Leavitt. The Ashland Citizen, April 10, 1915, p5.

In the 1900 census in Ashland she was 27 and Addison was 32. They were residing with Addison's father Leroy S. Health. By 1910 she was widowed age 37 and still residing in Ashland with children Carl L. age 16 and Claude B. age 15 and her father -in-law Leroy Health age 71.
Some time after 1910 she married Ernest W. Clark.
