Lorraine Amon, 77, of Port Richmond, a retired bookkeeper who enjoyed spending time with her family, died Saturday at Staten Island University Hospital in Ocean Breeze.
Born Lorraine Leavens, she moved to Port Richmond after she graduated from high school in Brooklyn.
Ms. Amon worked as a bookkeeper and office manager for various businesses, including Conoco Roofing, in Brooklyn.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Ms. Amon is survived by her sons, James, Keith, and Frank Amon; her daughter, Deborah Plescia; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A service will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in the Meislohn-Silvie Funeral Home, Port Richmond.
Burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery, West Brighton.
