HITCHCOCK — Lina Dodson, 78, of Hitchcock died Thursday at St. John's Hospital in Nassau Bay. Services are 2 p.m. Saturday at
All Saints Episcopal Church. The Rev. Gordon Gudger will officiate. Burial will follow at Galveston Memorial Park in Hitchcock, under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home. Visitation is after 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Born July 27, 1911, in Greenep, Ky., Mrs. Dodson was a housewife. She was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church and a resident of Hitchcock for 29 years.
Survivors include her niece, Lori Turney of Galveston, and sister, Lucy Smith of Austin.
