LINCOLN --- MRS. JOHN BARRETTE, 74, a lifelong resident of the town of Lincoln, died Wednesday morning at her home. She had suffered a stroke Monday. Services will be held at St. Peter's church Saturday morning and burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. Mrs. Barrette, before her marriage MARY LAURENT, was born in the town of Lincoln May 18, 1876 and was married to JOHN BARRETTE July 3, 1900. He died April 17, 1950. Survivors are two daughters, MRS. MICHAEL(ALVINA ) SMETANA, on the home farm and MRS.CLARENCE (VIOLA) MUELLER of Casco; two sons, JOSEPH and JOHN both at home; one sister, MRS ISADORE THAYSE of Lincoln; two brothers, DR.VICTOR LAURENT of Luxemburg and JUEL J.LAURENT of Lincoln and three grandchildren.
