Williamstown, Oct. 28.-Funeral services for Mrs. Elisabeth L. Austen were held Wednesday afternoon at the home of her sister, Mrs. Mary Congdon. Rev. W. H. Stimpson, pastor of the M. E. Church, officiated. Burial was made in Fairview cemetery.
Mrs. Austen passed away in a Utica Hospital Sunday after an extended illness.
Mrs. Austen was born in Williamstown, April 19, 1878, the daughter of Henry and the late Mary LaTour and resided here until her marriage to John Austen, whose death occurred a short time ago.
Besides her father, deceased is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Mary Congdon of Williamstown and Mrs. Daniel Heaney of Rome.
