Joseph Theodore 'J.T.' Lane, 47, died Sunday at the Calico Rock Medical Center. A lumber worker, he was a resident of Jordan. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church.

Mr. Lane was born Nov 7, 1934, at Chastain. He was the son of Zelpha Loosey Dickerson and George Dickerson of Jordan.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Lane is survived by two daughters, Connie Peterson of Bonner Springs, KS and Cathy Nichols of Gardner, KS; two brothers Carl Dickerson of Pineville, and Michael Dickerson of Jordan; six sisters, Cleota Johnson of Mt. Home, Mayme Parnell and Retha Teegarden, both of Jordan, Valma Stacy of Calico Rock, Edna Greer of Independence, MO and Katy Sekaly of Rosharon, TX; eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at 2PM yesterday (Tuesday) at the Galatia Church near Norfork and interment was in the Galatia Cemetery. Officiating was Bro. Price Lovelace. Arrangements were under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were Noel Teegarden, Ed Teegarden, Roy Lee Richardson, James Loosey, Lloyd Loosey and James McClellan. Honorary pallbearers were Howard Teegarden and Junior Teegarden.
