Died Saturday morning, July 22, 1995, at Sterling Place Nursing Home, She was 97, a longtime resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Macon, Ga. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government St., 10:30 a.m. until religious services in the chapel at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, conducted by the Rev. Robert Burton. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by a daughter, Margaret Bacot "Bebe" Reed; a son, Dr. Frank M. Bacot Jr.; six grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, Frank M. Bacot Sr.; a daughter, Mae Bacot Noland; and a granddaughter, Francis Noland Laviolette. Pallbearers will be Kenney Grier, Terry Irby, Ron Bernosky, Joel Prejean, Jason Grier and Kevin Grier. She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church.
