OSWEGO ~ Helen Murray Dawson, 72, a Harr-Wood Nursing Home resident, died in Oswego Hospital Wednesday morning after a short illness.
She was the widow of the late Thomas H. Dawson.
Born in Fulton, she was the daughter of the late William and Carrie Smith LaRock. She lived in Oswego most of her life. She was a member of Trinity Methodist Church.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. James (Stella) Seaton of Granby; two grandchildren and 11 nieces and nephews.
Services will be at the Dain Funeral Home Friday at 10:30 a.m. Calling hours at the funeral home are today from 2 to4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery
