A Funeral Service for Alma Juanita Ivy of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 11:00 am, Saturday, June 25, 2016, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend David Gadbaw officiating.

Juanita passed away June 21, 2016, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 83. She was born July 19, 1932, in Womack, Missouri, the daughter of Benjamin and Lora Vehlewald Kuykendall. She married Homer Ivy on July 22, 1950, at St. Ann, Missouri. Juanita lived in Mountain Home since moving from Drury, Missouri, and enjoyed her religious activities.

Juanita is survived by her daughter, Donna Baylor of Austin, TX; son, Doug Ivy of Mountain Home, AR; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Leona Stacey; and brother, Donald Kuykendall.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Homer; two brothers, Leo and Floyd; and two sisters, Imogene and Maxine.

Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, Mountain Home, Arkansas, with Derek Morace, James Moore, Jacob Baylor, Doug Ivy, and Roy Roane as pallbearers.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks.

Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
