The Death Roll
Mrs. Fred E. Hill died yesterday afternoon at her residence, 1614 Freeman street. She leaves a husband who is an engineer on the Southern Pacific, a father and mother, the father being Mr. Fred Kummell [sic]. She also leaves three sisters, Mrs. Henry Bammell, and Misses Kate and Alma Kummell, and four brothers. In addition to these relatives the deceased leaves an infant child but 4 days old. The arrangements for the funeral have not yet been completed.

She is in an unmarked grave in the same plot with her sister Alma Lenora Christen. The plot was originally purchased by her husband Fred E Hill on December 21, 1901, and was transferred to John and Alma Christen in 1929.
