Mrs. Ethel M. Harding, 71, of Kirklin, died Saturday afternoon at the Clinton County Hospital where she had been a patient for a week.
Mrs. Harding was a lifelong resident of Clinton County and had made her home at Kirklin for the past 64 years.
She was a member of the Kirklin Presbyterian Church and the Kirklin Priscilla Club.
She was born in Clinton County on May 5, 1895, the daughter of Benjamin and Lucy J. Mitten Kreisher.
Her husband John G. Harding, died in 1956,. They were married in June, 1913.
Mrs. Harding is survived by one daughter, Miss Barbara harding of Elkhart; three sons, Robert Harding of LaPorte, John Harding of Cowan and Thomas Harding of Lebanon; one brother, Gerald Kreisher of Kirklin; a sister Mrs. Madge Johnson of Frankfort and 10 grandchildren.
The body of the deceased was taken to the Hinshaw Funeral Home at Kirklin where friends may call after 1 p.m. today.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday afternoon at the Kirklin Presbyterian Church, with Rev. E. M. McGehee officiating, and burial will be made in the Oak Hill Cemetery at Kirklin.
