KOEHLER, KATE—Kate Fisher Koehler was born December 31, 1869, at Winterset, Ia. She departed this life September 20, 1926, at the St. Anthony hospital in Denver, Colo., while visiting her sister, Mrs. Neil Dempster.
Mrs. Koehler moved to Nebraska with her parents in 1871. She was married to Anthony Koehler October 5, 1892. Mr. Koehler preceded her in death twenty-six years. Thirteen years ago Mrs. Koehler changed her residence from Geneva to Lincoln and the latter city has been her home since that time.
One son, Donald, residing at Sterling, Neb., is left to mourn the loss of a loving and devoted mother. She is also survived by one brother, J. S. Fisher of Los Angeles, Cal., and two sisters, Mrs. May Bridenthal of Duluth, Minn., and Mrs. Neil Dempster of Denver.
The funeral service was held in the Geneva, Neb., Congregational church at 2:30 p. m. Thursday, September 23, and was conducted by Rev. Thomas Griffiths of Lincoln, assisted by Rev. David Tudor. Interment was in the Geneva cemetery. The members of the P. E. O. sisterhood attended in a body.
