Evelyn Ruth was born May 20, 1918, in Fort Worth to the late Pearl Lamar and A.Y. Knox. She was a longtime member of University Christian Church and was the last surviving member of her family.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Albert Welsh; her brother, Charles Knox; and sisters, Mary Kennedy and Cula DePetrello.
Survivors: Her son, Phil Welsh of Fort Worth; and daughter, Ellen Welsh of Irving.
