Mrs. Alice C. Knoch, 539 N. Irving Ave., died Friday in Moses Taylor Hospital. She was the wife of Daniel S. Knoch.
Born in Dunmore, daughter of the late Edward G. and Fredricka Jones Gilmartin, she was employed as a salesperson at the former Oppenheim department store before retirement. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, the Noblesse Oblige Club and the Volunteer Pennsylvanians for Life.
Also surviving are a son, Barry F., Clarks Summit; three sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Lyman, Elmhurst; Mrs. Mary Jo Osmun, Dunmore, and Mrs. Elizabeth Reese, Dickson City; two brothers, Eugene, Scottsdale, Ariz., and Joseph, Scranton; three grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be Monday with Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church Interment, St. Catherine's Cemetery, Moscow.
