MRS. KNIGHT

BALTIMORE, Md. -- Mrs. Dorothy Williams Knight, 82, of Baltimore died Friday, April 19, 2002 in Baltimore.

Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, April 25 at 11 a.m. at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel in Valley with the Rev. Brad Reed officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.

Mrs. Knight is survived by three children, Joan Marlene Knight of Baltimore, Kathryn Ann Loughead and Richard B. Knight, both of Lake Havasu, Ariz.; her granddaughter, Melody Lawson of Tucson, Ariz.; her grandson, Kevin Knight of Fresno, Calif.; her mother, Myrtle Hebert of Foley, Ala.; her brother, Bobby Williams of Fresno; seven nephews and one niece; numerous great- nephews and great-nieces and two great-great-nieces; and several cousins.

A native of Baltimore, Mrs. Knight was raised in the River View community and was living in Baltimore at the time of her death.

The family respectfully declines the gift of flowers and asks that memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 1850 York Road, Timonium, Md., 21093, or to the River View Methodist Church, 1254 California Road, Valley, Ala., 36854 in her memory.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 24 from 7 until 8 p.m. (EDT) at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley.
