She was the daughter of the late Harry and Mary (Jacob) Knaub.
Deanie worked at the Dutch Country Restaurant for 15 years prior to her illness. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family.
Deanie was the loving wife of Kenneth J. Adams, who preceded her in death December 24, 1998, and surviving are three children, Rickie Garrett of Hanover, Tina Reese and husband, Randy of Dover, and Todd Garrett and wife, Lynne of Hanover; one stepson, Kenneth Adams, Jr. and wife, Lori of York; four grandchildren, Tony Reese, Jeffrey Reese, Erica Garrett, and Derrick Garrett; two step-grandchildren, Joshua Adams and Jennifer Adams; four great-grandchildren; one step great-grandchild; two brothers, James Knaub and Donald Knaub, both of Hanover; and one sister, Shirley Gross of Penndel.
In addition to her parents and husband, Deanie was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Strine.
