Husband: Domenick "Shiga" Cook, married for 22 years. He died Sept. 15, 1984.
Relatives: two daughters, Barbara Norco and her husband, Mike, and Billie Jo Hill and her companion, Doug, all of New Castle; four sons, Carl Cook and his wife, Joni, Mickey Cook, Frank Cook and his wife, Elizabeth, and John Cook and his companion, Renee, all of New Castle; four brothers, Charles Klingensmith, Paul Klingensmith, Brandlee Klingensmith and Thomas Klingensmith, all of New Castle; two sisters, Peggy Lombardo and Betty Buchanan, both of New Castle; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, John Klingensmith.
