Survivors include two sons, Kenneth and Gary, three daughters, Claudine Boswell, Betty A. Stevens and Shirley J. Noe, 17 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
A granddaughter and a brother preceded her in death.
Mrs. Kirk had operated the elevator in the old McLean County Courthouse in Bloomington and had worked in the kitchen department at the McLean County Law & Justice Center. She and her husband also had owned and operated the Western Tack Store in Parnell for eight years.
She was a member of Fullerton Cumberland Presbyterian Church, rural Farmer City. She enjoyed raising and racing miniature harness horses.
