Mrs. Keplinger was born March 7, 1876, near Waverly, the daughter of Charles and Amelia Grinkey.
On August 14, 1895, she was married to J. B. Keplinger. They observed their 60th wedding anniversary last Sunday with a family dinner.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Keplinger is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Otis Sims of Waverly, and Mrs. George Wilton of Medora; a brother, Henry Grinkey, of Roodhouse; two sisters, Mrs. Mollie Waters of Modesto and Mrs. Walter Robinson of Medora; four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents; a brother, Albert, and two sisters, Mrs. Lennie Grinkey and Mrs. Emma Cratz.
Mrs. Keplinger was a member of the Waverly Methodist Church.
Funeral services were held at the Wiese Funeral Home Sunday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock, Rev. Ralph W. Fitch, pastor of the Methodist church, officiating.
Burial was in East cemetery.
