Mary K. DeShazo age 76 of Marianna passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2013 in the Marianna Health & Rehabilitation Center.
She was born in Quincy, Florida to the late Phillip Marvin Kent and Eunyve Taunton and had spent her lifetime here in Jackson County. Mrs. DeShazo was of the Baptist faith and was retired from the Jackson County School Board after giving 27 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her husband Donald "Donnie" Eugene DeShazo, sister Marie Teece, brothers; QP Kent, Joseph Kent, and Era Alvin Kent.
