She was a retired grocery merchant, a former member of B'nai Brith and Hadassah, a member of Congregation Anshei Sfard and a Life Master Bridge player at the Louisville Bridge Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hyman Blum; and daughter-in-law, Linda Blum.
