He was the organist at the theater in Martinsburg. In 1920, he was the organist for a church in Baltimore, MD. Just before WWII, he was living in Falmouth, Barnstable, Massachusetts. He lived there the rest of his life, dying in Barnstable, Mass. on 3 Jun 1972.
