Frances Cecelia (Leonard) Keane, 87 of Sioux City passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at a local care facility.

Memorial services will be Friday, June 5, 2015 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Rev. Daniel Rupp will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Frances was born February 6, 1927 in Sioux City; she was the daughter of William C. "Buzz" and Evon (Bourrett) Leonard. Frances grew up in Sioux City and graduated from Central High School in 1944. She married John J. Keane May 5, 1948 in Sioux City. He died September 8, 2014 in Sioux City.

Survivors include five children: Barbara Taylor and her husband Dr. Mark Taylor of Sioux City, Jack Keane and his wife Angie of Denver, Co, Colleen Norris and her husband Rick of Lake Dillion, CO, Lisa Pfeifle of Omaha, NE, Patrick Keane of Sioux City; 13 grandchildren: Brion Taylor (Karen), Kelly Taylor (Stacey), Brendan Taylor, Corey Taylor (Meghan), Jess Keane (Krissy), Tyler Keane, Zachary Norris, Alexis Norris, MacConner Norris, Keane Fillipi (Katie), Tiffany Granillo (Tony), Tracy Pfeifle and Amy Pfeifle, 8 great grandchildren.
