Mrs. Lottie Gay Allen, age 97 of Sedalia, Ky passed away on Monday, August 31, 2015 at 6:02 PM at her residence.
She was a member of the Bellview Baptist Church in Paducah, Ky, and a Homemaker.
Mrs. Allen is survived by her daughter- Corine Ward of Mayfield, Ky; son- James (Mandy) Allen of Columbia, Tx; daughter- Brenda (Ernie) Kissiar of Sedalia, Ky;
son- Joe (Sandra) Allen of Mayfield, Ky; son- Johnny (Carolyn) Allen of Mayfield, Ky; brother- John O’Neil Jordan of Hernando, Ms; 33 grandchildren,
56 great-grandchildren, and 33 great-great grandchildren also survive.
She was preceded in death by her husband- John B. Allen; daughter- Mildred Becker; daughter- Marilyn Fulcher; son- Bobby Allen; parents- Furman & Minnie Lee Robinson Jordan; four sisters; one brother.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 4, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky with Rev. Jim Leek officiating. Burial will follow in the Unity Baptist Church Cemetery near Dublin, Ky. Friends may call after 5:00 PM on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky.
