BRIGHAM CITY - Lona Jones Andersen. 86, surrounded by her family passed away at her daughter's home in Draper, Utah, on Thursday, October 7, 2004, following an extended illness. She was born on July 14, 1918 In the town of Malad,
ldaho, a daughter of Harvey and Catherine Jones. She attended Malad City Schools and graduated from Malad High School in 1937. In 1940 she was married to Raymond L. Andersen, their marriage was solemnized in the ldaho Falls Temple.

She graduated from the University of Wisconsin's Management School in 1974, where she was secretary of her graduating class. She was a Branch Manager at Defense Depot of Ogden for the Federal Employees Credit Union when she retired.

As an active member of the LDS Church. Lona served in many capacities. She served as Teacher. Coordinator in the Sunday School. and Secretary in differerrt organizations, and President of the Relief Society. She was a very loving, kind and generous woman and was admired and respected by all who knew her. She was always happy and could always find the good in everyone and everything. She will be missed by all who knew her and will remain in our thoughts and prayers forever.

Lona was preceded in death by her husband, one brother and two sisters. She is survived by her sister: Wanda Edwards, her children: Lewis. RaNae and Kathrine, eight grandchildren and eight grandchildren and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday, October 11, 2004 at 1:30 p.m. at Myers Mortuary Chapel, 205 S. 100 E.. Brigham City.

Friends may call on Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on
Monday from 12:30 to 1:20 p.m. at the Mortuary. Friends and family are welcome.

Interment will be in ihe Brigham City Cemetery.
