FUNERAL OF ANNA MAE JONES
Never morning wore
To evening but some heart did break
The funeral of Miss Anna Mae Jones took place this afternoon, from the United Presbyterian church, and was largely attended. Miss Jones' death is the cause of most distressing grief to her family, for in her life, with all their many griefs, those nearest to her found in her their solace to the sorrows of their lives. She was not only dear to those in the home circle, but being good, bright, cheerful and happy the luster of her love went out among those who knew her in society and in the church. Many who attended her funeral and brought flowers as tokens of their love shed tears of sincerest grief because she was gone from among them.
