Rhoda Mildred Bartlett died peacefully on Feb. 24, 2008, in the presence of family at the Golden Peaks Nursing Home. She was born to George Marcus and Rena Emelie Halvorson Johnson on June 20, 1917, in North Dakota. Rhoda graduated from William Smith High School in Aurora and The Barnes School of Business in Denver. Those skills gained her later employment with the Larimer County Abstract Company as an abstractor and title examiner. She retired from Trans-America Title in 1986.
Rhoda married Harold William Woeber Jr. This union was blessed by four children. After Harold's death, she was married to Harry Bartlett. She was passionate about her families - the one she grew up with and the one she mothered. Together with her love and concern for others, her wry sense of humor, and "can do" attitude, she provided positive encouragement in feeding her family's spiritual needs and their minds. She will remain a part of our lives forever.
Rhoda was preceded in death by both husbands; one brother; two sisters; one grandson; and a daughter-inlaw.
She is survived by her children; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a brother; and a sister.
